This childbirth education series helps families feel empowered as they prepare for childbirth and the early postpartum period. We discuss the emotional aspect of birth, different birth models (homebirth, birth center, and hospital births), walk through physiologic birth, interventions, comfort measures, birth planning and preferences, navigating the unexpected, preparing for postpartum, and more!
